We’ve had an excellent response to our call for nominations for our Carnforth Citizen of Merit Award. This week, Week 2, we’ve had 28 nominations!
The nominees come from a range of different ages and backgrounds but they have all displayed a willingness to do their best to help others in our community. For what they have done and for what they continue to do for us, we thank them all. You are stars and we salute you all.
If you know anyone who you think deserves our Carnforth Citizen of Merit Award, y ou can make a nomination by email citizenaward@carnforthtowncouncil.org stating a few brief details including the name of the nominee, the reasons for the nomination (what the individual has been doing during the pandemic) and your name.
