The children and staff at Christ Church Primary School have been busy creating bunting to commemorate VE Day 75.
The children were tasked with creating a piece of bunting at home and then dropping it into the school letterbox on their daily walk. Staff then laminated all of the bunting and displayed it on the school railings and gates.
Headtecher, Catherine Prince said ‘ We are thrilled with the finished bunting and are pleased to be helping to celebrate and commemorate the anniversary of VE Day’.
