The Town Mayor, Kath Bromilow and Councillor Malcolm Watkins are ready to commemorate VE Day 75.
We cannot hold the planned events and parties but all of us who were born since 1945 are acutely conscious that we owe everything we most value to the generation who won the Second World War.
We remember them and we salute them!
